Stretch Films :

Stretch films (Manuals, Machines, Jumbo) co-extruded for multilayer palletizing made of polyethylene with 5-layer cast technology which guarantees great consistency of quality.

Manual stretch films:
• Uniform thickness ranging from 10 to 35 microns.
• A width of 500 mm.
• A weight that varies between 1.5 and 5kg.
• A pre-stretch rate that can reach 150%.
• UV protection.
• A mandrel core with a diameter of 50 mm.

Automatic stretch films:
• Uniform thickness ranging from 10 to 35 microns.
• A width of 500 mm.
• A weight that can reach 20 kg.
• A pre-stretch rate that can reach 350%.
• UV protection.
• A mandrel core with a diameter of 76 mm.

Jumbo stretch films:
• Uniform thickness ranging from 10 to 35 microns.
• A width of 500 mm.
• A weight that can reach 50 kg.
• A pre-stretch rate that can reach 300%.
• UV protection
• A mandrel core with a diameter of 76 mm.

Blown Film :

These films are used on all types of machines. The advantages of the blown films are: the customization of the retractions, the waterproofness aspect and the excellent stability.
• Width: 200-155 mm
• Thickness: from 25 to 200 μ
• Color: according to customer’s choice
• Additive: UV 6/12 months / Antistatic / Sliding

Mandrels :

We produce high quality spiral cardboard tubes (resistant to superior compression). And we offer a wide range of diameter (50mm, 76mm, 100mm and 152mm) and varying lengths from 500mm to several meters.
The mandrels can be used as a support in many sectors: stationery, plastics, printing, textiles.

Polystyrene and Polypropylene sheets :

Our extruded polystyrene and polypropylene sheets are offered to our customers with the characteristics below:
• A thickness ranging from 0.4 mm to 1.8 mm.
• A width of 240 mm to 1200 mm.
• One color of your choice.
• A migration rate well below the limits set by the regulations.
• A withdrawal rate of less than 8%.

Thermoformed articles :

Our cups and food trays are made with high quality polystyrene.
The shrimp trays as well as the cake boxes are intended to keep food at a well determined temperature while maintaining the characteristics of the food.

Greenhouse films :

Our greenhouse films are thermal or diffusing covers, adapted to the Mediterranean climate and anti-UV (Max width: 2 x 1500 mm).
Mulching films reduce the temperature difference between day and night and accelerate the growth of plants. In addition, the mechanism prevents the growth of weeds and guarantees a clean fruit harvest.

Lamination or Complexing films :

These films are primarily intended for printing and laminating with other materials such as: OPP, PP cast, paper or aluminum.
Our films are distinguished in the market by a regularity of thickness and superior mechanical properties, ensured by a quality treatment to guarantee a good lamination and a perfect impression.
